What can you rely on today?

GetSourceDirect does not process payments or hold buyer funds.

Payment terms are agreed and settled directly between buyer and seller. Escrow and dispute resolution are not offered; this page will change before anything is ever collected.

Seller-published terms: Unit price, currency, minimum order quantity and lead time are set and published by each seller — not by us.
Reviewed before approval: A reviewer checks a business registration and profile before the profile and its listings go live. It is a review, not a factory audit or a certification.
Direct communication: Inquiries go straight to the business that makes the product. No agent sits inside the conversation.
Commercial model, stated plainly: Buyers pay 0% GetSourceDirect platform commission. There is no buyer-side platform fee on top of a seller’s quoted price. Sellers pay a 10% success commission on a completed sale, under our commercial policy. We do not collect that commission today. GetSourceDirect does not process payments or hold buyer funds, so no commission is charged to anyone and none is added to any price.

Is GetSourceDirect free for buyers?

Yes. Buyers can search, compare and contact suppliers free of charge, and no platform fee is added to a supplier’s quote.

How do manufacturers and suppliers join?

Suppliers register free, complete a company profile and list products with their own prices, minimum order quantities and lead times. The first 2 listings are free; listing more requires a paid plan. Every business and listing is reviewed before it goes live, usually within 1–2 business days.

Does GetSourceDirect handle payments?

No. GetSourceDirect does not process payments or hold buyer funds. Price, payment and delivery terms are agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier. The seller success commission policy is 10%, and it is not collected while payments are not processed on the platform.

How do buyers and suppliers communicate?

Through on-platform messages. Email addresses and phone numbers are not shown publicly or shared in messages, which keeps both sides safe from spam and off-platform scams.

Can I source from manufacturers in China and other countries?

Yes. Suppliers from any country can register, including China, Pakistan, India, Vietnam and Turkey, and Chinese-speaking suppliers can register in Chinese.
