FXT40 Pro open-head orbital TIG pipe welding system with a standard three-phase 380 V power source and a K76 welding head. K76 pipe outside diameter 20–76 mm and standard wall thickness 2–10 mm. Custom wall thickness up to 20 mm requires project-specific technical review. Output current 10–400 A; duty cycle 400 A at 60% and 315 A at 100%. Air-cooled power source and water-cooled welding head. AVC arc-length control, OSC weaving and 50 recipe groups; automatic weld-seam tracking is unavailable. Parameter printing and USB parameter export are free options that must be specified before ordering. Standard host net weight 108 kg excluding cooling water; body dimensions 98 × 48 × 102 cm. These are host-only values, not complete-system shipment weight. Suitable for carbon-steel and stainless-steel pipe welding with filler wire.
