–Transaction data when orders are placed through the platform (once payment processing is active).
–Communication data when you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our platform messaging system.

–To create and manage your buyer or business account on the platform.
–To connect buyers with verified businesses and facilitate transactions.
–To verify business registrations and grant the Verified Badge.
–To send transactional emails including order confirmations, tracking updates, and account notifications.
–To analyse website traffic and improve our platform using anonymised analytics data.
–To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse on the platform.
–To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

–GetSourceDirect collects IP addresses from all visitors to the platform for security, fraud prevention, and analytics purposes.
–IP addresses are stored securely and are only accessible to GetSourceDirect administrators.
–IP addresses are used to determine approximate geographic location (country and city level only) for analytics.
–IP addresses are never sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.
–You may request deletion of your IP data by contacting us at omairkaludi@gmail.com.

–We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
–Buyer contact details (name, address, phone, email) are kept hidden from businesses until a confirmed paid order is placed.
–Business profile information that you choose to make public will be visible to buyers browsing the platform.
–We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (Supabase for database, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments) under strict data processing agreements.
–We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of GetSourceDirect and its users.

–All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
–Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
–We use Supabase Row Level Security to ensure users can only access their own data.
–Payment information is handled by Stripe and is never stored on GetSourceDirect servers.

–GetSourceDirect uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management.
–We use analytics tracking to understand how visitors use our platform. This does not include advertising cookies.
