1. Acceptance of Terms

–By accessing or using GetSourceDirect you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
–If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
–These terms apply to all users – buyers, business owners, and visitors.

–GetSourceDirect is a marketplace platform that connects verified businesses (manufacturers, service providers, and other sellers) directly with buyers worldwide.
–GetSourceDirect acts as an intermediary only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and businesses.
–GetSourceDirect does not handle, ship, or take physical possession of any products.

–Businesses may register on GetSourceDirect free of charge and list up to 3 products or services.
–The Growth Plan ($75/month) allows up to 10 listings. The Pro Plan ($150/month) allows up to 20 listings.
–The Verified Badge ($100 one-time fee) indicates that GetSourceDirect has manually reviewed the business.
–Businesses must provide accurate information. False or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension.
–GetSourceDirect reserves the right to reject or remove any business listing at its sole discretion.
–A 10% commission is charged on every successful transaction. 7% is deducted from the business and 3% is charged to the buyer as a platform protection fee.

–Buyer accounts are free to create and maintain.
–Buyers pay a 3% platform protection fee on every purchase in addition to the product price and shipping.
–Buyers must provide accurate delivery information. GetSourceDirect is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
–Buyers confirm delivery through the platform. If delivery is not confirmed within 14 days, payment is automatically released to the business.
–Buyers may raise disputes within 48 hours of receiving a delivery.

–All payments are processed through GetSourceDirect's secure payment system powered by Stripe.
–Buyer payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed or 14 days have passed.
–GetSourceDirect deducts its 10% commission before releasing payment to businesses.
–Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days where applicable.
–GetSourceDirect is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by banks or card issuers.

–Businesses are responsible for shipping products directly to buyers using their chosen courier.
–Businesses must upload tracking numbers to the platform within 3 business days of order confirmation.
–Estimated delivery times are provided by businesses and are not guaranteed by GetSourceDirect.
–GetSourceDirect is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues.
–Buyers assume responsibility for import duties and taxes applicable in their country.

–GetSourceDirect provides dispute resolution for transactions conducted through the platform.
–Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
–GetSourceDirect will investigate disputes and make a final decision within 48 hours.
–GetSourceDirect's decision on disputes is final and binding on both parties.
–Disputes for transactions conducted outside the platform are not covered.

–GetSourceDirect is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of any product or service listed on the platform.
–GetSourceDirect's total liability for any claim is limited to the commission earned on the transaction in question.
–GetSourceDirect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

–GetSourceDirect may terminate or suspend any account at any time for violation of these terms.
–Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting omairkaludi@gmail.com.
–Upon termination, outstanding payments will be processed and settled within 30 days.

–These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable to GetSourceDirect's registered business entity.
–Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration.
